At Aegitox, our ultimate goal is to help you foster great communities and make friends on Discord. We know running a server takes serious dedication, and we want our tools to make your life easier, not harder. We partner with our authorized Merchant of Record, PayPro Global, Inc., for world-class financial security. But while they handle the complex global tax math, we handle the human side of support. We believe in fair play, mutual respect, and resolving things amicably before they ever become a hassle.
1. Instant Access & The Legal Stuff (Statutory Waiver)
Aegitox is powerful B2B Software-as-a-Service. The moment you subscribe, our AI infrastructure spins up and instantly begins processing your Discord server's traffic. Because you get immediate value and access to our compute resources, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
For our friends in the EU/UK: You explicitly acknowledge that by authorizing our bot on your server and accessing the service immediately, you legally waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).
While this legal waiver is necessary to protect our bare-metal servers from systemic abuse, we aren't heartless robots. If something goes fundamentally wrong right out of the gate, our dedicated support team is always willing to evaluate commercial refund requests fairly and logically.
2. Subscriptions, Renewals & Easy Farewells
All recurring subscription renewal charges are final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions are the lifeblood that keeps our AI models fed and servers humming. We absolutely hate "trap door" subscriptions, so we've ensured our cancellation process is frictionless and fully compliant with Automatic Renewal Laws (ARLs). It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, but you can cancel auto-renewals at any time with just a few clicks via the PayPro Global portal or your Aegitox dashboard. No hard feelings—if you cancel, your Discord server simply retains all PRO features until the current billing cycle naturally concludes.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & When Things Break
We take our architecture seriously and commit to a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) targeting 99.9% uptime. However, we also live in reality: sometimes the Discord API gets grumpy, or major upstream routing issues happen.
We generally do not issue cash refunds for temporary API latency or brief service interruptions. But if we drop the ball and suffer a documented SLA breach or critical infrastructure failure, we will make it right by proactively offering:
- Pro-Rated Service Credits: Applied automatically to your next billing cycle to ensure you always get the value you paid for. We want to keep your community safe, continuously.
4. The "Let's Talk First" Promise
We get it—billing misunderstandings happen. Maybe you forgot to cancel, or maybe a transaction looks weird. We are here to help, but we strongly ask that you reach out to our support team at support@aegitox.com before initiating a bank chargeback.
Why talk to us first? Bank dispute processes are incredibly bureaucratic, stressful, and can lock up your funds for up to 90 days. We are actual developers who can review your case and, if valid, proactively authorize a refund within 24-48 hours. Let's skip the bank paperwork.
